Gasholders as "drygasholders" are useful for a cost efficient intermediate storage of gas in presence of consumers. Eisenbau Heilbronn is specialised in the fabrication and construction of low pressure gas storage tanks and has a wide range of experience and knowledge of almost 90 years. Low pressure gas storage tanks

Low pressure gastanks in lying cylindrical design

 

Advantages:

  • decades of practically maintenance free operation
  • constructed with a welded steel casing.
  • Variation of working pressure possible at any times.
  • delivery of gasholder on a truck and commisioning wthin a day
  • high Quality Neoprene Coated Sealing membran with supporting corsett
  • stabilisation of loaded disc achieved by telescopic pipe guidance system.
  • area of application up to 50 mbar
  • low foundation cots through placement on strip foundation
  • low combined weight of the gasholder construction. foundation loading: max. 10,0 to/foundation

Middle pressure gastanks

 

Advantages:

  • area of application at working pressures between 50 mbar to many hundrets mbar.
  • In contrast to classic low pressure gasholders where gas pressure in the membrane is absorb through a tubular guide, the absorption of the pressure with this type of gasholder is assumed by a piston.
  • Through fixing by a weighted piston the gas filled membrane is exposed less friction. Through this the wear lifespan will be considerably extended.

area of application for storage of synthesis gas and at a fast filling and drawdown of the gasholder. Therewith connected a greater number of stroke movements with a lower exposure of the membrane.

  • in contrast to classic low pressure gasholders where gas pressure in the membrane is absorb through a tubular guide, the absorption of the pressure with this type of gasholder is assumed by a weighted lobe.
  • Through fixing by a weighted lobe the gas filled membrane is exposed less friction. Through this the wear lifespan will be considerably extended.

wet gasholder

 

Advantages:

 

  • The good properties of this type of gasholder instead of a new building permit cost-effective rehabilitation following concept:
  • cleaning the bell of gasholder and sealing water basin from Imunol pollution and disposal of Imunol resuduals.
  • corrosion protection with a modern paint system.
  • or a new building gas holder bell.
  • Increase of operating pressure in accordance with the requirements of modern gas engines by additional ballast.

Use of new wetgasholder mainly in the chemical industry.
