This gas cleaning unit type for desulfurization of gas can be delivered up to a length of 12 m and a diameter of 3.8 m. Depending on sulphur concetration and gas cleaning size the cleaning performance can add up to 132,000 Nm³/d.

This convenient operation gas cleaning unit can be equiped with considerable accessories.

The unit is designed for high gas volumes and optimized for regular exchange of gas cleaning mass. This is realized through automatized mass outlet and a convenient filling with upstream lock.

This unit is completely pre fabricated in our workshop and ready for operation within one to two days.

In our factory in the city of Heilbronn these gas cleaning unit types are mounted within 10 weeks. The delivery to the client is carried out by a special transport.

This gas cleaning unit type for desulfurization of gas can be delivered up to a length of 3 m and a diameter of 2.5 m. Depending on sulphur concetration and gas cleaning size the cleaning performance can add up to 2,000 Nm³/d.

This unit type is a cost effcient option to gas cleaning units for continuous operation.

It’s designed for a long holding time of gas cleaning mass whereby mass changing intervals are extended and decomissioning time is minimized.

This unit is complete fabricated in our workshop and will be installed operation ready within one to two days.

Gas cleaning units (desulphurazation units) are primarily used for removal of sulphur (H2S) from biogas. Sulphur in biogas causes environmental pollution and serious corrossion problems in pipe systems, heaters and gasmotors.

The process

The H2S loaded gas is passed through a desulphurization reactor tower containing specifically formed gas cleaning mass (medium) in pellet form. This leads to a chemical reaction between the sulphur in the gas and the cleaning medium containing ironoxide; the interaction results in the chemical absorption of sulphur into the cleaning medium, ironoxide becomes ironsulphide. The controlled addition of compressed air into the crude gas causes a constant regeneration of the cleaning medium as elementary sulphur forms.

Due to size and dimensions this gas storage type cannot be totally pre fabricated in our workshop in Heilbronn. The final assembly will be carried out on site.

Area of application:

  • application for storage of synthesis gas and at a fast filling and drawdown of the gasholder. Therewith connected a greater number of stroke movements with a lower exposure of the membrane
  • gastank is mainly used for rentention of constant gas sytem pressure and as a short term buffer for discontinuous gas flows
  • application at gas pressure between 50 mbar and some 100 mbars.

Based on structual analysis and design our pre fabrication produces end assembly optimized components which are deliverd to site on time.

On sites in whole Germany expirenced site supervisors with their teams assure a smooth end assembly of gasholder. Dependig on gas storage size end assembly will take up to 7 months. In return you receive a product which has demonstrated its relaibility for decades.

Coating of gas storage tanks on site are carried out by experienced contractors which we've been working together for decades.
